Drones & Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in the Built Environment
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are reshaping how we survey, inspect, monitor, and manage construction sites. Dr. Onososen's UAV research investigates adoption barriers, design considerations, regulatory frameworks, ethical dimensions, and safety discourse with a particular focus on construction site digitalisation in African and developing-country contexts where infrastructure challenges are most acute.
